You will see a variety of layouts on display depicting different scales, time periods and locations. The layouts are all different to last year and we know the operators have put in many hours of work to complete the layouts.
There is also a variety of traders attending, so we am sure there is something of interest to everyone. Whilst it is great that online sales are available, we don't think you can beat actually touching and seeing the articles before you buy. And of course you can ask their advice and guidance. They may just have that bargain that you have been looking for !!
Outside there is a vintage bus from Northampton Transport Heritage. They have kindly agreed to offer free rides around the village so feel free to hop on and grab a different view of the village.

14. Kelvin Grove Thompson Street
Kelvin Grove/ Thompson Street is an 00 gauge layout. It is based around West London 3rd Rail system from 1980's (Network South East) up to the present day with 4th rail London Underground lines system depicting overground and underground stations, With architecture in the art deco style found around the London underground network. The layout can be operated on Analogue and DCC systems, with 50% of this layout underground! and 80% scenic! A camera system allowing the operators and viewing public to see the trains in operation. This continues to be a work in progress! Signals are now being added and will be operational. An extension to Kelvin Grove Station onto the fiddle board footprint will allow this to be interchangeable onto new scenic boards being constructed, with the railway turning a full 180 degrees and possibly going full circle?
1.Grandads Train Set
Grandads Train Set is Hornby Dublo 3 rail & a lot dates from early as late 1940s to end of 3 rail production , there are some modern locos converted from 2 rail and a few "Neverwazz" wagons never produced but built for operators enjoyment.
4.Daisy Lane TMD
"Daisy Lane TMD" is a diesel depot set in East Anglia in the late 1980's / early 1990's.The facility provides a loco refuelling and a crew signing on point as well as maintenance and stabling of locomotives. The majority of the locomotives have been weathered using various methods to give the feeling of grimy run-down locos which was a typical feel of the railways during this era. The layout is DCC controlled with several of the locomotives fitted with sound.
